ANOTHER WIN FOR THE NEW ZEALANDERS. (Per Press Association.) Bathurst, July 6. The New Zealanders beat Batburst by 16 points to 15. A lucky win. Later. Tbe New Zealanders played here to-day. There was glorious weather and a large attendance. After some smart passing McKenzie got the ball, fell over the line and scored. Humph ries converted. Immediately after the kick-off Bathurst put in a great rush, from wbich Maucbee scored a try, Kenny kicked a goal. Bathurst played a great forward game, but the same can hardly be said of the Maorilanders, who were continually kept on the defensive, Humphries occasionally brilliantly re lieving bis side. Kenny obtained a mark from wbich be kicked a goal. Later on offside play on the part of Allen gavo Batburst a free kick, which Kenny again converted into a goal, New Zealand played in a most disorganised manner, and fine passing enabled Henlen to reg» ister another try, but the kick at goal failed. The score at half time was— Bathurst, 15 ; New Zealand, 5. In the second spell Olennie scored for New Zealand. Murray failed to convert. The home team then ran all over tbe visitors, but Murray relieved, and Paul ing scored after a pass from Brooker. No goal resulted. New Zealand worked desperately to retrieve tho position. From a scrum Bayley passed to Humphries, who got over the line. Wilson kicked a goal just on time, the Maorilanders winning an exciting game by 16 pointo to 15. Tbe win was a very lucky one.
