(Per Press Association.) London, July 6 Justice Hawkins sentenced two vicious blackmailers to penal servitude for life. Three others were each sentenced to ten years penal servitude. At the Hurlingbam Gun Club meeting, Mr Donald Mclutosh, the crack Victorian shot, won £100 and a LSO cup. At another gun club meeting, Hawker, of Adelaide, wou a similar amount aud trophy. Following tho recent attack upon a British expedition by Mulicks in the Tochi Valley, Afgauistan, another tribal attack has been made upon the ludian coolies engaped in public works near Toohi. The escort guarding the coolies captured 50 armed tribesmen amongst the trees and ravines. Ottawa, July 6.
