PRODUCE MARKETS.

A. G. Tame and Co, report for the waek ending Ist July as follow*:- Fat Sheep— No alteration ; prioas very steady; prime) heavy wethers, Hi 6d to 12s ; medium, 10i to 10« 6d ! fat ewes, 10« to lla. Store sheep— Wether* are vary hard to gat at reaaonable limits. Good fresh aheap 9a to 10s 6d ; medium, 8i 6d to 9i ; best hoggets, 7s 6d to 8s 6d, in very good dcV mand. Fat Cattle— We quote belt bul. lock beaf at 15i. Store Cattle— Rood da* mand for young cattle. Weaaers, 22s to 27s 64 ; yearlings, steers, 82s to 36 ; 18. month heifers, 35s to 455 ; 2-year steers, 50s to 60s. Dairy stock— At the Hutt on Tuasday prices were low but the yardi were pretty wall cleared. Milkers, up to £5 ; springing heifers, £4 3* 6d ; young do., 46 to 555. Pigs'— Good porkers, 18s to 21s ; baconers, iJO to 355 ; slips, 4s 6d to 6s. Sheepskins— Best green skins, 3s 9d to 4s 6d ; dry skins, 4id to s{d, and good demand for any coming forward for our weekly sales. Property— There is a good enquiry for house property in the city and suburbs and we have disposed of quite a number of places since our last report particulars of which will be dnly published. Farms are also in demand, we placed two places of 300 and 150 acres each up the West Coast at very satisfactory prioes. We invite property holders to send us particulars if they wish to sell as our connection in the South Island as wall as the North gives us great facilities and a large handicap ia the disposal of country lands. At onr Saturday's Horse Sale there was a good entry, nil the goods sorts selling up to £16 for harness horses. The Others call for no special mention.
