Private Benefit Societies.
(Per Press Association.) Auckland, July I. Mr Pbilson, manager of the Sugar Co., said that the provident fund was entirely in tbe bands of tbe Company, for of the trustees there were three representing three departments. The money was in the Company's debenture ■hares fully paid op, and there were no further liabilities.
