Supreme Court Sittings.

(Per Press Association.) TniAßti, June 29. The Supremo Court opened this morn ing with a heavier calender than usual but His Honor told the Grand Jury thkl the caiei were all simple ones. Mudrc John Douglas, an employee of the Ban! of New Zealand at Aehburton, pleaded guilty to stealing throe sums of monej belonging to the Bank, amounting to £165 in all. He was sentenced to four months' imprisonment, then reoalled and admitted to 12 months' probation, and ordered to pay £10 towards the costs. William ocobie and John Findlay, two •x-Burnham boys with previous convic tiona, pleaded guilty to three charges of hone-ctealing and homebreaking, and were etch sentenced to two years' impruonment. H. Kef, aged 14, who Oamaru, wai convicted, and ordered to come up for sentence when called upon.
