The Plague at Bombay .
(Per Press Association.) Calcutta, June 80. The native papers in Poonah, Bombay, have for some months past been inciting the natives to murder tne plague officials, urging them also to revolt against the soldiery, who they accuse of outraging women, insulting religion and plundering people. They threaten the Government with disastrous results, and describe the ■oldiers as wild British bulls.
