The Wairarapa reps, defeated Manawatu »t Palmerston yesterday by 16 points to nil. The game was very fast throughout and the visitors' victory was chiefly due to their being in better condition than their opponents. One try was secured in the first spell and was converted, while during the last quarter of hour the visitors added three more tries to their credit, one of which was converted.
