Tree-planting Season.
Mr F. Hunt, nurssryman, of Marton, notifies tbe public of this district tbat he is prepared to supply fruit trees, ornamental trees and shrubs of any variety at pricea wbich will compare favorably with any other nurseryman in the colony. He will also undertake to lay out and plant gardens in any part of the district. Mr Hunt has been in the Rangitikei district fpr twentyone years, and amongst the gardens and orchards wbich be has laid out are those of Messrs G. W. Wilson J. Bull and J. MoK«lvie, Bulls ; Yen. Arch Deacon Towgood, Bishop Hadfield and Mr T. R. Cash, Marton ; Mr Dalziell Hunterville; Mr W. Marshall, Tututo. tara ; Mr E. Nownian, Makohan, Turakiua ,* Mr A McDougald, Awahuri : Mr C- Bull, Aorangi; Martou and liaDgitikei Racing Clubs ground and Marton Park ; aud many other leading settlers have entrusted Mr with the work of laying ont their grounds, a number of which are still under Mr Bunt's care. It will thii3 be seen that Mr Hunt retains the confidence of those for whom he has worked dnring his long residence in Maitjn.
