— o— — — (Per Press Association.) Stdney, June 7. In fines and costs 66 bookmakers today contributed over L6OO to tbe revenue for indulging in casb betting. The majority were fined LlO each. A few first offenders were fined L 5. Auckland, June 7. It is understood that proceedings are to be taken against casb bookmakers detected at the Ellcrslie Racecourse.
