Forty thousand troops take part in the Jubilee procession, which al«o include sixty three bands. Capetown, June 4. Sir John Sprigg, Premier, has left for London to attend tbe Jubilee festivities. Both Houses of Parliament adjourced in order to bid him farewell. Ottawa, Jnne 4. M. Lanrier, Premier, has started for London to take part in the Jubilee. There was immense enthusiasm at Ottawa on bis departure.
