The Management Committee of the Taran&ki Rugby Union has resolved to write to the New Zealand Uuion strongly dutpproving of their action in appointing Mr Coutts to the Selection Committee of the New Zealand team in preference to the Taran&ki nominee, and to write to other Unioni explaining ths Taranaki Union's ponition iv the matter. The Chairman admitted that Tarannki wa« over-represented in the team to tour Australia.
