Big Railway Loan.
(Per Press Association.) Brussels, June 3. Tho Belgian syndicate mentioned in a previous mr-ssiig) as having undertaken to flont a loan of jf'1,500,000 for China is one formed to build the railway to Han kow. The length of tho line is to be 700 miles. The syndicate has also secured the sole right to construct 3000 miles of trunk lines in China.
