o (Per Press Association.) Sydnki, May 8. The Ministers entertained the members to celebrate Mr Reid's departure. In the course of bis speech Mr Reid hinted that there was a probability of Sir Joseph Abbott succeeding Sir Saul Samuel as Agent General at London. Mr Reid left for Adelaide by train, and a large crowd assembled to wish him ton voyage, Melbourne, May 8. The Victorian grasiers bare already promised 4000 sheep and 120 bullocks for the dinner to the English poor.
