VERDICT IN FAVOR OF CLUB. (Per Press Association.) Christchurch, May 4. Today Mr Beetham, S.M., gave judg. ment for the defendant in a case brought by Matthew Livingstone, bookmaker, against the New Brighton Racing Club, for £200 damages for expulsion from the course.
