The New Hebrides.
"™ O * ■ — (Per Press Association.) Washington, April 29. The Premier has promised to interview the members of the Home Govern, zuent in support of the protest made by the Presbyterian Assembly against the annexation of the New Hebrides by France. Mr Seddon is understood to be favourable to a suggestion made to him that the island should be annexed by Great Eritain and the control banded over to the New Zealand Government.
