(Per Press Association.) Capetown, April 27. The debate on the motion brought forward by Mr P. J. Duto.it, President of the Afrikander Bund, has been concluded, and the motion which affirms the desirability of all parties displayin? moderation, mutual toleration, and faithful observance of treaties was adopted with an amendment condemning the intervention of any foreign Power between the Transvaal and Great Britain. Mr Cecil Rhodes voted against the motion.
