(Before His Honor Mr Justice De niston.) Tosswill r. Tosswilland another.— A Bnwick appeared for the petition. herein, the husband, to apply for decree nisi dissolving the marriage. Robert Tosswill deposed that he wt married in Wellington, at the Begisti Office, on the 7th July, 1892, and wei to live at Feilding. At Apiti, where tb petitioner and his wife went to live, tl respondent became acquainted with tt corespondent Allen. She subsequent] went away with him and was livin with the co-respondent in Aucklam This was in September, 1896. Mr Beswick put in a conaiderabl amount of correspondence between th respondent and co- respondent, and tb photographs of the two persona. Th latter were identified by the petitionej His Honor made the decree nisi, wit; leave bo move for decree absolute afte three montha.
