A New Irish Party.
(Per Press Association.) London, April 21. At a conference of the Parnellites section of the Irish Party, held at Dublin, Juo. Hedmond president, it was resolved to form an independent league and adopt a more advanced Irish policy. Tim Harrington was appointed secretary. The Irish National League disseuted from the proposed course of action.
