AUSTRALIAN CABLES.
(Per Press Association.) Perth, April 17. The Government has decided to send 30 officers and men to represent the colony at the Queen's Jubilee, Sydney, This Day. Advices from Fiji state that heavy rain has fallen and the drought is broken up.
