NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS. Easter Holidays, 1897. ON GOOD FRIDAY all trains will run as usual on the Wanganui section. On EASTER MONDAY Mail Trains will run between New Plymouth and Wanganui as on Tuesdays and Fridays. Wan^anui Sports— Feilding Races. On EASTER MONDAY the train usually leaving Wanganui for Palmerston at 4.40 p.m. will not leave till 5.15 p.m., and will ruu half an hour later than usual throughout. (The Hunterville branch train will be delayed to connect.) On MONDAY and TUESDAY, 19th and 20th April, a special passenger train, stopping at intermediate stations as required, will leave Palmerston at 10 40 a.m. for Feilding ; returning from Feilding at 6.10 p.m., and leaving Palmerston at 7 p.m. for Foxton. The usual 5.5 p.m., Palmerston to Foxton, will not run on these days. No Goods or Live-stock traffic will be accepted on Good Friday or Easter Monday.
