The Petone Murderer.

(Per Press Association.) Wellington, April 9. The time at which tbe Executive meet to decide the fate of Bosher, lying under sentence of death for the murder of Jones' at Petone, is not definitely settled as the Government has been waiting for the notes of Justice Edwards, and a copy of the evidence adduced at tbe trial. However, the Premier states it is probable tbat the matter will be discussed to-mor-row. This Day. Owing to the pressure of Parliamentary business the Executive will not meet un til Monday to discuss Bosher's case. ___________________
