The McKinley Cabinet.

(Per Press Association.) London, April 8. The New York correspondent of the Times states that Mr Theodore Roosevelt, the well known statesman, has been appoiuted Assistant Secretary to the Navy in the McKinley Administration. He adds that Mr Roosevelt is a member of the extreme Jingo Party.
