South African advices state the leaders of the Africander party are alarmed at the condition of affairs in the Transvaal, and warn President Kruger that ho is friendless as far as Europe is concerued aud cannot rely on Africander help. The Ousland newspaper, advocating Dutch interests, says the Queen's wish for a peaceful jubilee alonn prevents tho sending of twenty thousand British troops to the Transvaal.
