Narrow Escape of Lord Loch.
(Per Press Association.l LotiDON, April 2. Lord Loch, formerly Governor of Victoria, and High Commissioner in South Africa, has had a narrow escape from a serious accident. Wbile riding in a hansom in the city the horses bolted and dashed towards tbe Whitehall Club. Lord Loch leaped out only a moment before tbe cab was completely smashed.
