(Per Press Association.) ] Loxnox, April 1. t The Committee of the House of Lords which had the matter in hand has decided that the London Dank of Australia reconstruction scheme shall provide that the difference between the new and old rates of interest shall ho payable out of the profits before the payment of dividends, and that any unpaid portion , shall not constitute a debt for which the bank can be sued. Tho London Dank of Australia has ( accepted the Reconstruction Bill as amended by the House of Lords. The amended proposals will be submitted to ; a deferred meeting of depositors when the Bill passes the House of Commons.
