Alleged Improper Treatment.
(Per Press Association.) PA^MEPS'fON Nojips, April !• The Foxton caao of Blake v. Dv McCarthy was before the District Court all day. It is a claim for damages for £500 for alleged improper treatment of tho plaintiff's wife by defendant, which it is alleged contributed to her death. There are a great number of witnesses. The case is attracting considerable interest. It is likely to last for another two days.
