(Per Press Association .l Mklisoukne, This Day. A bank clerk named Frascr, at Fitzro\\ suicided under sensational circumstances. He recently met with a bicycle accident, and had been confined in a hospital, but he afterwards went homo and got a bank revolver and tired a shot at his head, but missed. His mother grasped his arm, but Fraser snatched up the weapou with the other hand, and put a bullet through bis brain. Svd.n'ky, April 1. Parliament has been convened for 27th April.
