A Dishonest Paymaster.

(Per Fross Association.) Sydney, March 31. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Assistant Paymaster CraddocK, of H.M.S. Katootnba, for rnisapproprintion of the funds of the navy. Two days ago he cashed a cheque for £2,400, which was intended to cover the expenses of the forthcoming cruise. He left the ship the same night, and has not since returned. The whole of the proceeds of the cheque are missing.
