Under amended railway regulations, teachers 1 Saturday iickets for four months or fractional part of term for public teachers attending training classes or examination will be issued as follows ; Teachers travelling Friday and return - i ing Saturday, or travelling Saturday and returning Monday, 3Qs ; teaphers travelling apd returning on Saturday, 20's. Further amendment io the regulations ia that ordinary passengers, except day excursionists, will be allowed one hundredwejebt of luggage free, excess to be p.aid for. Further alterations are made as tp |he, carnage of goods, live stock, &c.
