Opening of the Wanganui Hospital.

AAV o£S* V» A * (Per Press Association.) Wanoanui, March 12. The Hon. Mr Seddon performed the official ceremony of opening the new Waaganui Hospital today, in the presence of an immense concourse of people. The new hospital is a handsome brick building, and with the purchase of the site, ttc, cost £12,925, all of which with the exception of £5000 was bequeathed by the late Ihoinas Beid and the Government subsidy. £2,900 was raised by public subscriptions and gifts. The Hon. J. Carrol and Mrs and Miss Seddon were entertained &t lunch and in the evening attended a public conversazione at the new building. Thii Day. The Hons.
