Bad Weather on the West Coast.

■ v ~—— (Per Press Association.) Greymouth, March 9. Heavy rain fell all day on the Coast and all up the Grey Valley. At 10 o'clock the river was rising rapidly. At Ahanra and Totara Flat the river is in high flood. The engino, derrick and some staging was carried away on the Coal Creek Company's Railway bridge now being constructed across the Grey River. It is still raiding heavily.
