(Per Press Association.) London, February 27. " A report from Perim states that a heavy sea is running, and the stranded steamer Orotava bas heeled to seaward. She is now bumping heavily, and has sprung a leak. Her position is serious. Tbe steamer Niuto is removing the passengers and mails. Messages have ceen despatched to Aden for further assistance.
