Accident to the lonic.
(Per Press Association). Wellington, February 6. The lonic unexpectedly turned up this afternoon, having suftered an accident to her machinery when about 280 miles from Wellington, The flange of the eteampipe between high pressure and first intermediate cylinders was found to be fractured. Ifriis expected it will be prepared in time lo let her get away to morrow. February 7. The lonic affected repairs and got away again at 8 a.a.
