(Per Press Association.) Wellington, February 4. The Customs duty collected for the December quarter was £464,331 against £406,007 for the same period in 1895. Tho beer duty was £21,117 against £17,653. The gold entered for exportation in 1896 was valued at £1,041,764 against £1,162,164 in 1895.
