Hawke's Bay Ram Fair.

«. (Per Press Association.) Napier, February 4. Tbe annual Ram Fair was held to-day. The catalogne was not so large as of lata years. Tbe attendance was large and ; the bidding for really first-class Lincolns , was good, but second quality were quite neglected. The top price given was 51gs i for a ram of F. Sutton (Southland), one , of the N.Z. and A. Land Co's bringing i 42grs. The prices for good stud sbeep generally ruled from lOgs to logs, but with few exceptions flock rams brought , very poor prices, the best being 4sgs realised by the New Zealand and A. , Land Company. The bulk at from Ito 2gs and some even lower. Border Leicesters were neglected and Romneys sold at boiling down prices.
