The third series of sales open on May 4th, and is limited to 30,000 bales ; the fourth opens on July 6th, and is limited to 300,000 bales ; and the sth on September 38th is unlimited. Wellington, February 3. Messrs Levin and Co., Limited hare received from their London agents, Messrs Dalgedy and Co., Limited, the following cable message, dated the Ist February .- — The sales continue firm, with an upward tendency. There is a brisk demand for greasy merino and crossbred wools suitable for America."
