Longtern Freezing Company.

In Chambers at the District Court in Palmerston N. on Thursday, Mr G. C. Esaru, solicitor, on behalf of Mr T. A. Bryce and a number of contributors in the Longbnrn Freezing Company, made application to have the late Secretary and the books of the Company examined before the Court. The application was not objected to anci the examination was fixed for the 4th Feb. Mr Bryce informs us that the Official Liquidator applied for an order to enforce unpaid calls, and that these calls will have to be paid immediately notwithstanding the examination order
