DOCUMENTS SECURED TO FACILITATE BUTLER'S ARREST. (Per Press Association.) London, January 19. Dctcctivo Roache, of New Houth Wales, has arrived hero and secured the necessary documents from the Foreign Office to enable him to obtain the surrender of Butler, the supposed Glen« brook murderer, from the United States authorities should he be arrested on the arrival of tho burquc Swanhilda at San Francisco. Roachc left for San Fraucisco immediately.
