Another Fire at Hastings.
(Per Press Association) Napier, This Day. There was another destructive fire at Hastings early this morniug. The outbreak occurred iv Mrs Moore's fruit shop, spreading to Merewether's, dentist, McCorkindalo, watchmaker, Plum* mer, hairdresser, and Miss Adams, milliner. All were destroyed. Insurances — McCorkindale, building £150 in South British, stock and fittings .£2OO Victoria, £100 North German, £100 Northern Assurance ; Merewether, .£125 South British ; Miss Adams, £500 National ; Mrs Moore, £50 North German ; Plummer, uninsured.
