Scuttling a Vessel.
(Por Press Association) New York, January 4. The details of the foundering of the Cuban filibustering steamer Commodore off the coast of Florida show tbe casualty resulted from wilful scuttling of the vessel. In order to prevent any possibility of keeping the water down, the pumps were tampered with and their utility destroyed. It also transpires that six Cubans, who were aboard, are misssing. _ ___ _____■
