What a pull (he Germans have over the poor breeders in this country, tbanks to their different form of Government ! It is in horse-loving England alone that the State is indifferent. Omnium 11. is priced at £20,000, and I am told he is the best horse they have had iv that country for years. His dam was, if 1 recollrct rightly, a little English selling plater.
