It is only a little over 18. months since tbis lovely marine township was first offered to the public! It was then in an absolutely raw condition, unknown, unroaded, and, not a building upon it. Rangiuru by the Sea is to day a marine suburb of tbe greatest value. Atkinson Avenue is metalled, and a number of charming houses have been created.
