The latter is well -known as a member of the Australian Eleven whicb visited New Zealand several years ago. Melbourne, Dec. 16. Sailed — Tarawera for the Blnff. Bohan has been sentenced to death for the murder of Callaghan near Lerida Station. In a quarrel between the men, Bohan struck Callaghan over tbe head with a bottle, and killed him.
