The London Railway Strike.
| Per Press Association] London, Dec. 12. The Hon. O. T. Ritchie, Presideut ol the Board of Trade, has arranged with the Railway Company for tße reinstatement of the Unionists who were dismissed, and tbe employes have undertaken not to go out on strike, pending . negotiations which are being carried on with regard to increase of wages and shorter hours.
