The Bush Cricket Association has been formed at last, and consists of Mangaweka, Ruahine, Apiti and Rangiwahia. The following are the fixtures : — I-IKST ROVXD. Dec. 12.— Ruahine v. Rangiwahia, at Ringiwahia. Dec. 19. — Rangiwahia v. Apiti, at Apiti. Dec. 19. — Ruabine v. Mangaweka, at Rangiwahia. Dec. 2c3.— Mangaweka v. Apiti, at Rangiwahia. Jan. 80. — Mangaweka v. Rangiwahia, at Mangaweka. Jan. 30. — Rnahine v. Apiti, at Rangiwahia. SECOND ROUND. Feb. 13. — Apiti y. Mangaweka, at Rangiwahia. Feb. 13.— Rangiwakia y. Ruahine, at Rangiwahia. Feb. 27.— Apiti v. Rangiwahia, at Ran* giwahia, Feb. 27. — Ruahiue . v. Mangaweka, at Manga weka. Mar. V 6. — Apiti v. Ruahine, at Apiti. Mar. 18. — Mangaweka v. Rangiwahia, at Rangiwahia. The following team has been selected to play for Rangiwahia against Ruabine, on the 12th lnst :— Stevens fcapt), Saywell, Moran, Vowela, Cudby, Clements, Stansell, Tolley, McKean, Buckrell, Mitchell ; emergencies, A. \V. Rule, H. Ruscoe, F. Ruscoe. Tbe Manawata Cricket Association have arranged a trip to Napier early next month, and tbe selection committee will meet on Saturday next to select the team, wbich will leave on January Ist. In reply to a communication from the Manawata Association with reference to a rep match, the Wangauui Association have expressed their willingness to meet the local reps on January 22nd and 23rd. Birmingham and Palmerston will try conclusions at Feilding and Rongotea and Feilding will meet at Rongotea on Saturday next.
