(From Our Own Correspondent.) There should b 3 a good opening for a cheese factory at Itangiwahia. The district is longer sottled than Apiti, and cows arc plentiful. In fact, the settlers are a loss to know what to do with their batter. A gentleman who Las h*d % loDg experience on Banks' Pen in* sula says tbe country round Rangitvahia is qnite eqnal to Akaroa, the land of excellent quality, and the water supply being of tue very best. The only drawtack is that the roads from Wairaki to Etangiwabia are very bad. There is also ibree miles of bad road from Stent'-ts. rbe Apiti ficiory is doing good service. o tbe settlers.
