TO THE EDITOR. Sib,— Permit me to ask whether the circular embodying reasons why electors should vote for Mr Lethbridge was printed and issued from the office of the Star, and to request that yon will kindly furnish me with the name of the author. 1 may remark that under the circumstances it is but fair that a publication so grossly libellous phonld be fathered by tho publisher, if not by the writer.
