Criminal Libel.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, Nov. 30. Mr Hornsby, a candidate for the Wairas rapa, has instructed a solicitor to lay an information for criminal libel against the " X Kays," and the Daily Times, Masterton. The former, which is a Wellington publication, had an article casting reflections on Hornsby 's personal character, and the latter reprinted it.
