All Amateur Events will be run under the 'New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association Bules.' The Bicycle Eaces will be ran undoi the rules of the New Zealand Cyclists Union, and nominations mast be sent in upon the printed official forms of the N.ZC.U. I |Tb.e particular attention of competitors is drawn to Bule 25, which reads— ' Every competitor must wear complete lothing from tbe shoulders to the knees ; that is jersey (sleeved to elbow), and loose drawers or trunks. Neglect of this rule renders the competitor liable to be excluded from taking part in the Sport*.' Any Competitor found guilty of sending in false performances, running under an assumed name or practising any fraud, shall be disqualified for life. The Com* mittee reserve the right to require any competitor, either before or after any event, to make a declaration as to his identity, and the correctness of his de> senption of his performances. The Com* mittee may disqualify any competitor before or after any event who shall refuse to make the required declaration, and he shall not be entitled to claim any prize.
