The N.Z. and A. Land Company.
(Per Press Association.) London, Nov. 17. The balance-sheet of the New Zealand and Australian Land Company shows a profit of £ 63,709, recommends the payment of a dividend of a dividend of 4 per cent, and the carrying forward of £1709. The revenue from sheep decreased during the year £13,497, and from wool £4847. The mortality among sheep and lambs amonnted to £108,500 above the normal number. The profits on cattle were £8916, and on gr»in £20,985. The debenture debt amounted to £983,400, and tbe loss on the Edendato dairy £421.
